ALCUDIA 49070-UV HDPE

ALCUDIA® 49070UV is a high-density polyethylene copolymer of hexene, with high molecular weight. It is
especially designed to make, by blow molding, containers of medium and high capacity (up to 5000 litres), for
petroleum derivatives. This grade contains stabilizers according to the end-use of the item in order to reinforce the
thermal and light stability. It has an excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and impact
resistance.

This grade is suitable to produce containers according to the Spanish UNE-53432 parts 1, 2 and 3 and the
EN 13341 in Europe, or NFM-88-560 in France. It is also included in the German DIBT list of materials to contain
petroleum derivatives.

IBC tanksHigh capacity containers.

Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 215°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.

HDPE特性

HDPE【中文全称】高密度聚乙烯

高密度聚乙烯是一种不透明白色腊状材料，比水轻，比重为

0.941~0.960，柔软而且有韧性，但LDPE略硬，也略能伸长，无毒，无味。

【燃烧性】易燃，火焰上端呈黄色，下端呈蓝色，燃烧时会溶，离火后能继续燃烧，有液体滴落，无黑烟冒出，发出石腊燃 烧时发出的气味。

【优点】耐有机溶剂，耐酸碱，电绝缘性优良，低温时，能保持一定韧性。拉伸强度，硬度，刚性等机械强度高于LDPE，接近PP，比PP韧，表面光度不如PP。

【 缺 点 】机械 性 能 差，透 气 差，易 变 形，易 老 化，易 发 脆，脆 性 低 于PP，应 力 开 裂，表 面 硬 度低，易 刮 伤。难印刷，印刷时，需进行表面放电处理，不能电镀，表面无光泽。

【注塑】HDPE 有数不清的应用，范围从可重复使用的薄壁饮料杯到5－gsl罐，消费国内生产的HDPE的1/5。

注塑熔体指数5～10，有韧性较低流动性品级和具有可加工性的较高流动性。用途包括日用品和食品薄壁包装物；有韧性、耐用的食品和涂料罐；高抗环境应力开裂应用，如小型发动机燃料箱和90－gal垃圾罐。

HDPE熔点为142℃，分解温度为300℃；注塑温度的可调区间较大。注塑，一般使用温度为180℃--230℃；因烯烃类塑料，不吸水，生产时，不需烘干，但为了产品质量，可用60℃温度烘干1hr，以排出浮水；聚乙烯的熔体粘度大，流长比小，薄壁制品可能缺胶，因此，浇口和流道相对较大；制品易带静电，表面易吸。收缩率为16‰；溢边值为0.05mm
