PA46性能介绍：

PA46是由丁二胺和己二酸缩聚而成的脂肪族聚酰胺，虽然有尼龙66相似的分子结构，但StanylPA46的每个给定长度的链上的酰胺组数更多，链结构更对称；而高度对称的链结构致使其结晶度高（约为70%），而且结晶速度快，因而熔点更高（295℃），热变形温度也高，而长期使用温度(CUT5000hours)可达163℃。这些特性使StanylPA46比其它工程塑料如PA6、PA66、PPA和聚酯在耐热、高温下的机械强度、耐磨等方面具有技术优势，并且成型周期短，加工更经济。　　Stanyl高性能聚酰胺46在 汽车和电子 应用领域具有无以比拟的性能和价值，可提供高 温条件下的优异机械性能、卓越的 耐磨性和低摩擦以及优异的 流动性，使得加工处理更为方便，特殊设计更为灵活。Stanyl的性能超越了PPA、PA6T、PA9T，同时在需要高温的工作条件下通常优于PPS和LCP材料。
