斜板填料焊接安装工艺的好坏直接决定了它的使用周期。下面给大家简述下斜板填料的焊接方法。
1.斜板填料焊接前，需要找到合适的工作平台。然后首先确定平板之间的工字肋条的数量。假如工字肋条为7条，就要在平板上面平均布置。一般平板长宽均为1000mm，那么7条肋条的间距应该为1000/8=125mm。确定好规定的间距距离后就可以进行工字肋条焊接事宜Before welding the inclined plate filler, it is necessary to find a suitable working platform.
