纤维束过滤器有碳钢和不锈钢材质，过滤器设备由固定多孔板、活动多孔板、纤维束滤料、布气装置等组成。活动多孔板可上下移动，过滤时，在水力作用下，滤料顺水流方向空隙由大逐渐变小，纤维密度变大，形成合理的过滤层面，其过滤过程既有纵向深层过滤，又有横向深层过滤，有效地提高了过滤精度和过滤速度；清洗时，使纤维束达到疏松状态，同时，采用气水合洗的方法，在气泡聚散和水力冲洗过程中，纤维束处于不断抖动状态，在水力和上升气泡的作用下，反冲洗滤料而使其再生。The fiber bundle filter is made of carbon steel and stainless steel. 当水流自上向下通过纤维层时,在水头阻力作用下,纤维承受向下的纵向压力且越往下则纤维所受的向下压力越大。由于纤维纵向刚度很小,当纵向压力足够大时就会产生弯曲,进而纤维层会整体下移,最下部纤维首先弯曲并压缩,此弯曲、压缩的过程逐渐上移,直至纤维层的支撑力与纤维层的水头阻力平衡(压缩过程需3-5min?。由于纤维层所受的纵向压力沿水流方向依次递增,所以纤维层沿水流方向被压缩弯曲的程度也依次增大,滤层孔隙率和过滤孔径沿水流方向由大到小分布,这样就达到了高效截留悬浮物的理想床层状态。自压式纤维过滤器的有效过滤面积大,设备结构简单,出现机械故障的因素极少,且接近出水位置的纤维压缩比大,大都呈横向状态,这显然更有利于吸附、截留悬浮物,过滤速度、过滤效率都能得到进一步提高。
