薯类淀粉生产工艺简介

我厂是生产国内目前先进的薯类淀粉加工设备，在淀粉生产过程中，薯类经过薯类清洗剂、上料机、粉碎机、浆渣分离机，经各级输送泵，输送到下一道工序，然后经过除沙设备，淀粉经过脱水设备，真空脱水后成型。不需经沉淀池沉淀和吊包，用人少，生产加工成本低，设备投资回收快，有非常高的生产效率，适用于对外加工和开办小型工厂，不需要大面积生产场地和沉淀池。

免冻粉条生产工艺简介

将淀粉喝水比例调浆后送入粉条机进料口内通过螺旋推进装置浆粉推进粉条漏板漏出，采用水蒸气原理，双层水箱，给水加热，蒸煮粉条机内管，是粉条在螺旋推进当中得到成熟。采用双螺旋更有利于粉条的熟化，粉条在成型过程中经100度沸水煮熟，与手工制粉条的原理相同，没有破坏粉丝的分子结构，所以和手工工艺相似。粉条机加工粉条比原手工节省人力、物力。大大的减少了淀粉的浪费。一斤淀粉可以加工一斤粉丝（原手工加工为一斤淀粉7两左右的粉丝）。

节能、煤、电、气三种加热原理，加热方式多样化。
