本厂生产的每小时加工0.5dun－5dun的5种粉碎分离机构造大致相同，只是产量不同。以前生产的分离筒筛网需用缝纫机加工，没有支撑架，不耐用，更换是费工费时。现5种机型全部改用新型框架式分离罗筒，使筛网耐磨、耐用，更换维修十分方便。筛网正常使用一个星期更换、清洗，时间过长会因筛网堵塞而影响生产量和出粉率。

更换筛网时先拧去大皮带里面三个19的螺丝帽，去下胶垫，然后从后面半圆的出渣口将罗架整体拉出，毛刷轴不动，在松去筛网的锁紧螺丝即可更换。
