红薯淀粉分离机改变了手工生产淀粉时因氧化造成的淀粉光彩变差、变暗的现象;加工过程中被破碎打垮的粉渣在显微镜下呈丝状，有利于淀粉从纤维上游离出来，因此进一步提高了淀粉的提取率。
