淀粉机是综合国内外制粉设备的优点研制生产的适于农户分散加工使用、投资较小的一种薯类制粉设备，适合加工马铃薯、红薯、木薯、红薯干等薯类；蕉藕、葛根、百合、山药等各种块茎植物类，是淀粉加工企业、粉条粉丝加工企业、农户等加工红薯、土豆等薯类淀粉的理想设备。

薯类制粉设备主要由螺旋清洗机、刨碎分离机、磨浆分离机、渣浆分离组合筛和搅拌机等单机组合而成，特别适合于乡镇企业和户用于马铃薯和甘薯等薯类淀粉的加工。

操作人员在娴熟地掌握设备的性能、机械结构和操作规程后才能上岗作业。操作时，若设备发生故障，应对症采取以下维修和保养措施：

1、分离机常见故障及排除使用时，磨浆分离机磨片间隙应调整为0.5毫米左右，操作时先拧上部的手柄以使螺旋旋紧，然后回退90度即可；如果刨碎分离和磨浆分离机在工作时出现主轴卡碰，应立即停车检查；若发现轴承损坏应及时更换同型号的轴承；制粉机组工作时，若发现刨碎分离机的电流表长时间处于超载状态，应调整清洗机的喂人量。

制粉组合单机上所有的电器设备和传动皮带均不得打湿或进水，以免发生短路或皮带打滑事故；若发现传动皮带打滑应及时调整皮带轮距，使皮带涨紧；清洗机螺旋下的钢丝网使用一定的期限后易损坏，每加工50万公斤鲜薯后应予以更新；刨丝滚筒上装置的齿条使用一段时间后，若发现生产效率下降、粉渣变粗，应将齿条拆下，换另一面新齿继续使用；薯类制粉机组停用后，应对整机维修保养，清洗轴承并注足滑润油、脂，所有电器设备均应采取防潮措施，以免影响设备的性能和使用寿命。

All electrical equipment and driving belts on the single m achine of pulverizing unit shall not be wet or watered, so as to avoid short circuit or belt slipping accident; if the transmission belt is found to be slipping, the belt wheel gauge shall be adjusted in time to m ake the belt tight; the wire mesh under the screw of the cleaning m achine is easy to be da m aged after a certain period of time, and it shall be renewed after processing 500000 kg of fresh potatoes; the rack of the device on the shaving drum is used to m ake the belt tight After using for a period of time, if it is found that the production efficiency decreases and the powder slag becomes coarse, the rack should be removed and replaced with a new tooth on the other side for continuous use; after the potato flour milling unit is out of service, the whole m achine should be repaired and m aintained, and the bearing should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease. All electrical equipment should be provided with moisture-proof measures to avoid affecting the perform ance and service life of the equipment.
