1、电磁阀从原理为三大类:
直动式电磁阀
原理:通电时,电磁线圈产生电磁力把关闭件从阀座上提起,阀门打开;断电时,电磁力消失,弹簧把关闭件压在阀座上,阀门关闭。
特点:在真空、负压、零压时能正常工作,但通径一般不超过25mm。
分步直动式电磁阀
原理:它是一种直动和先导式相结合的原理,当入口与出口没有压差时,通电后,电磁力直接把先导小阀和主阀关闭件依次向上提起,阀门打开。当入口与出口达到启动压差时,通电后,电磁力先导小阀,主阀下腔压力上升,上腔压力下降,从而利用压差把主阀向上推开;断电时,先导阀利用弹簧力或介质压力推动关闭件,向下移动,使阀门关闭。
特点:在零压差或真空、高压时亦能可*动作,但功率较大,要求必须水平安装。

力士乐10通经电磁换向阀4WE10P3X/CG24N9K4产品广泛应用于钢铁、冶金、石油化工、航天、船舶制造、煤炭、水泥、电力、汽车、工程机械、食品、林业、纺织、皮革、造纸等行业领域换向阀是具有两种以上流动形式和两个以上油口的方向控制阀。是实现液压油流的沟通、切断和换向,以及压力卸载和顺序动作控制的阀门。靠阀芯与阀体的相对运动的方向控制阀。有转 阀式和滑阀式两种。按阀芯在阀体内停留的工作位 置数分为二位、三位等;按与阀体相连的油路数分为 二通、三通、四通和六通等;操作阀芯运动的方式有 手动、机动、电动、液动、电液等型式。换向阀又称克里斯阀,阀门的一种,具有多向可调的通道,可适时改变流体流向。可分为手动换向阀、电磁换向阀、电液换向阀等。
工作时借着阀外的驱动传动机构转动驱动轴,带动摇拐臂,启动阀板,使工作流体时而从左入口通向阀的下部出口,时而从右入口变换通向下部出口,实现了周期变换流向的目的。

以电磁阀的项目为最多,
它主要包括下面几项:
1.工作可靠性
指电磁铁通电后能否可靠地换向,而断电后能否可靠地复位。电磁阀也只有在一定的流量和压力范围内才能正常工作。这个工作范围的极限称为换向界限。
2.压力损失
由于电磁阀的开口很小,故液流流过阀口时产生较大的压力损失。
3.内泄漏量
在各个不同的工作位置,在规定的工作压力下,从高压腔漏到低压腔的泄漏量为内泄漏量。过大的内泄漏量不仅会降低系统的效率,引起过热,而且还会影响执行机构的正常工作。
4.换向和复位时间
交流电磁阀的换向时间一般为0.03~0.05s,换向冲击较大;而直流电磁阀的换向时间为0.1~0.3s,换向冲击较小。通常复位时间比换向时间稍长。
5.换向频率
换向频率是在单位时间内阀所允许的换向次数。目前单电磁铁的电磁阀的换向频率一般为60次/min。
6.使用寿命
电磁阀的使用寿命主要取决于电磁铁。湿式电磁铁的寿命比干式的长,直流电磁铁的寿命比交流的长。
7.滑阀的液压卡紧现象
滑阀的液压卡紧现象不仅在换向阀中有,其他的液压阀也普遍存在,在高压系统中更为突出,特别是滑阀的停留时间越长,液压卡紧力越大,以致造成移动滑阀的推力(如电磁铁推力)不能克服卡紧阻力,使滑阀不能复位。
引起液压卡紧的原因,有的是由于脏物进入缝隙而使阀芯移动困难,有的是由于缝隙过小在油温升高时阀芯膨胀而卡死,但是主要原因是来自滑阀副几何形状误差和同心度变化所引起的径向不平衡液压力。为了减小径向不平衡力,应严格控制阀芯和阀孔的制造精度,在装配时,尽可能使其成为顺锥形式,另一方面在阀芯上开环形均压槽,也可以大大减小径向不平衡力EATON-Vickers
