【不锈钢屏风共有两种加工焊接成型工艺】

1、点焊。有缝，直接用点的方式焊接固定。这种加工工艺通常在距离比较远的地方采用这种形式加工，如果抛光难度过大，抛光工具无法深度打磨抛光，造成人眼能直接看到焊接点也可以采用点焊工艺。

不锈钢屏风的安装要点：

1、定点定位：首先要测量出屏风安装的位置，找出天花板上触角（屏风一端有做固定触角）对应的孔位。用钻头打穿，并将屏风触角切至1.5cm长度。

2、屏风入位：两个人（屏风很重，需要两个人配合）将屏风触角斜插进打好的孔位，让屏风固定好顶端后再将底端矫正。并检查屏风是否有偏位。

3、打胶固定：屏风和地面及墙面用透明玻璃胶收胶固定，收胶一气呵成，切忌断断续续，不然对接处胶水影响美感。
