吸水箱结构设计合理，是密封型结构。它通过真空泵抽吸，使纸页从低压脱水过度到高压快速脱水，从而加速纸页干燥，增强脱水效果和纸页的成形。面板两端配有调节块，可调节纸页的吸口宽度。调节块还配有润滑装置，它可以通过清水润滑降低摩擦系数，增加网子的使用寿命，真空吸水箱由箱体和面板组成，箱体采用不锈钢制作。面板通过整体加工，采用专用机床和特殊加工工艺，使整体加工精度高，表面平整，光洁度高、平滑、细腻，在使用过程中可以避免细小纤维存留及顶浆现象所产生的纸病，易控制水线，避免在脱水过程中所造成不利于纸页的形成，减少纸的两面差，大大改善纸张的匀度及平滑度，使网子和脱水元件之间产生水膜，提高耐磨性，大大降低网耗和能耗。
