Eastman Tritan Copolyester MX711 has many outstanding features that include excellent toughness, hydrolytic stability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. Eastman Tritan MX711 has been formulated for medical devices. PCTG特性:
热成型性能
PCTG板材易于生产出造型复杂及拉伸比大的制品。而且,与PC板和抗冲改性的压克力不同,这种板材无须在热成型加工前进行预干燥处理。与PC板或压克力相比,其成型周期短,温度低,成品率更高。
坚韧性:
PCTG板材的挤出板材通常比通用压克力坚韧15至20倍,比抗冲改性的压克力坚韧5至10倍。PETG板材在加工、运输和使用过程中具有足够的承受能力,有助于防止破裂。
耐候性:
PCTG板材提供了优秀的耐候性。它可以保持产品的坚韧性,防止变黄。它含有紫外线吸收剂,可共挤成一保护层,保护了板材免受紫外线的有害影响。
加工简便:
PCTG板材可进行锯切、模切、钻孔、冲孔、剪切、铆接、铣边以及冷弯,不至于破碎。表面的轻微刮痕可用热风枪来消除。溶剂粘接亦是常规操作。它比通用压克力、抗冲改性压克力或PC板更易于加工,并可进行植绒、电镀、静电等加工处理。

PCTG板材可以耐受多种化学品以及常用的清洁剂。
环保: PCTG板材基材均为环保材料,符合食品接触管理要求。

使用常规的成型方法,可以制备1~25.4mm厚的透明材料,具有突出的韧性和高抗冲击强度,其抗冲击强度是改性聚丙烯酸酯类的3~10倍,成型性能优异,冷弯曲不泛白,无裂纹,易于印刷和修饰,广泛应用于室内外标牌、储物架、自动售货机面板、家具、建筑及机械挡板等。
