G-streptavidin链霉亲和素磁珠通过链霉亲和素和生物素之间的高亲和力作用,可以绑定任何生物素标记的分子,如抗体、蛋白质、多肽、DNA等。粒子具有较大的比表面积和很高的捕获效率。 G-streptavidin-biotinbiomolecule复合物通过磁分离易于从溶液中分离,因此提供了一个快速、简洁的磁性纳米粒子标记的生物分子的方法。链霉亲和素磁珠可用于各种下游分离过程:蛋白纯化、细胞分离、免疫及分子检测。链霉亲和素-生物素(SA-Biotin) 系统具有极高的结合亲和力(K =10^-15) , 在生物领域具有广泛的应用。本产品采用超顺磁性微球,粒径均一、比表面积大、形貌规整,有利于方便、快捷、高效地捕获目标分子以及实现磁性分离。本产品可配套自动化设备进行高通量操作。

■质量控制
蛋白质的非特异性结合:将2 mg SA磁性颗粒与0.2 mg IgG在200 μl的50 mM磷酸盐缓冲液(0.15M NaCl,pH7.2)中温育1小时(15-25℃)。用2×200 ul温育缓冲液洗涤后,测上清液中的蛋白质浓度(A280)。未检测到非特定的结合。
无RNA酶活性:将5ug MS2 RNA在37℃下在100ml 10mM Tris-HCl,pH7.5和1mg SA磁性颗粒中温育4小时。未检测到RNase活性。
