QX-1831 is a cationic surfactant which has good softening, conditioning,emulsifying antistatic, and bactericidal functions. The product is mainly used as a rawmaterial of cosmetics such as hair conditioner and hair treatment lotion. After beingused, it can be easily washed off and leaves no residue. It can also be used in theproduction of softeners and antistatic agents for fabrics, auxiliaries for the leatherchemical industry, asphalt emulsifiers, bentonite covering agents, washing andsterilizing agents, etc.
