PA66的主要优点：

●机械强度较高

●耐应力开裂性好

●是耐磨性的PA

●自润滑性优良，仅次于聚四氟乙烯和聚甲醛

●耐热性也较好，属自熄性材料

●化学稳定性好，

●尤其耐油性***，但易溶于苯酚，甲酸等极性溶剂，

●加工性好，可注塑、挤出、吹塑、喷涂、浇铸、焊接、粘接、机械加工

PA66性质：结晶性热可塑性塑料，有明显熔点，Nylon6 Tm为220-230℃，Nylon66则为260-270℃，Nylon本身具吸水基故有吸水性，成形前须干燥，温度过高干燥则尼龙粒变色。
