PA66中文名称聚酰胺，俗称尼龙双6；PA66称聚己二酰己二胺或聚产品酰胺66或尼龙66，由己二酸和己二胺通过缩聚反应制得；半透明或不

透明乳白色结晶形聚合物，具有可塑性。密度1.15g/cm3。熔点252℃。脆化温度-30℃。热分解温度大于350℃。连续耐热80-120℃,平衡

吸水率2．5%。能耐酸、碱、大多数无机盐水溶液、卤代烷、烃类、酯类、酮类等腐蚀，但易溶于苯酚、甲酸等极性溶剂。具有优良的耐磨性、

自润滑性，机械强度较高。但吸水性较大，因而尺寸稳定性较差。

Huayun Plastics company PA66 has a high melting point in polyamide materials. It is a semi-crystalline material. PA66 also maintains strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures. PA66 is still hygroscopic after molding, the degree of which depends on the composition of the material, wall thickness and environmental conditions. The effect of hygroscopicity on geometric stability must be considered in product design. Various modifiers are often added to improve the mechanical properties of PA66. Glass is the most common additive, sometimes added to improve impact resistance, such as synthetic rubber and SBR. PA66 is less viscous and therefore has good fluidity (but not as good as PA6) . This property can be used to machine very thin components. Its viscosity is sensitive to changes in temperature. The shrinkage of PA66 is between 1% ~ 2% . The shrinkage of PA66 can be reduced to 0.2% ~ 1% by adding glass fiber additive. The difference of shrinkage in the process direction and in the direction perpendicular to the process direction is large. PROPERTIES OF POLYAMIDE PA AND NYLON NYLON: Crystalline thermoplastics with obvious melting point, Nylon6 TM is 220 ~ 230 °C, Nylon66 is 260 ~ 270 °C, Nylon itself is water-absorbent, must be dried before forming, Nylon grain discoloration if drying at too high temperature.
