采用淤浆法工艺,可用Mg-Ti高效催化剂,可进行间歇聚合,长期运转不需清釜,聚合产物可达较高分子量, (4.8~5百万)。规模在年产1000吨的装置,投资约700万元。界区内约450万,投资回收期在二年内。产品规格及指标:500万及350万分子量。特性粘度2200ml/g,密度0.935-0.945g/ml,堆密度0.35-0.4g/ml。冲击强度≥150KJ/平方米,抗拉强度30~40MPa。断裂伸长率300--400%含水量小于0.2%。本产品为性能优异的热塑性工程塑料,有特出的抗冲,耐磨,自润滑等机械性能,可用于造纸机械,纺织器材,化工机械,物料输送部门以及食品机械,文体器械,高强度模量纤维。
