Terblend? N NM-11 is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polyamide (ABS/PA) grade. Possesses high softening temperature, high impact strength, toughness and good surface finish. Offers high melt flow, good flowability, acoustic dampening good resistance to heat and chemicals. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive parts, ski-hatch openings and motorcycle fairings. Complies with UL certification.

ABS/PA TERBLEND N NM-11

ABS PA性能如下：

ABS PA材料的密度也可以降低，其降低幅度可高达6%，从而有效降低了成本。PC/ABS材料的密度相对较高，一般在1.13～1.15范围内，而ABS Nylon材料的密度仅在1.07～1.08之间，与耐热性ABS材料相当。

ABS PA材料由于其独有的哑光特性和其他极佳的性能优点，目前，汽车内饰材料，特别是汽车IP（仪表板）周边产品通常都选用PC/ABS材料。相比PC/ABS材料，ABS Nylon合金会给汽车内饰件带来无可比拟的性能优势：

ABS PA材料可以带来表面柔和的哑光效果，这是其他材料所不具备的。虽然PCA/BS可以通过添加哑光剂来降低光泽，但仍然存在着光泽分布不均匀的缺陷。ABS PA材料独有的哑光性为免喷涂提供了必要条件，在85°测试的光泽度也反映了这一点。测试的样品为光滑的平板，测试结果充分说明了ABS Nylon 材料的哑光性：PC/ABS的光泽为83%，ABS的光泽为78%，而PA/ABS的光泽仅为47%，仅为PC/ABS光泽的一半；由PA/ABS材料制作的皮纹产品其实测数据仅为3%～4%，而由PC/ABS制作的皮纹产品的实测数据则在10%以上。同时，ABS PA材料还能够有效降低产品的光泽率，带来均匀的哑光效果。
