注塑级滑石粉母粒

本产品质地细密纯净，不添加PE蜡等低分子润滑剂，通过密炼机强大的剪切力，生产出分散度高的注塑级滑石粉母粒。本品加工性能良好，分散度高、添加量大、不吸潮、不变色、无析出。本产品具有高细度、高白度和易分散等特点，产品低气味。生产时无粉尘污染，无低分子物烟尘污染。适量添加不影响产品白度和韧性，可明显提高塑料制品强度，并降低成本。本产品具有良好的物性、分散性、稳定性、不影响加工机器螺杆的精密度。本品适用于PP或PE制品的注塑生产，降低PP或PE制品的收缩率，克服PP或者PE的低强度、不耐低温、低刚硬性、易膨胀性等缺点。

This product is fine, dense and pure. It does not add low molecular lubricant such as PE wax. Through the strong shear force of internal mixer, it can produce injection grade talc masterbatch with high dispersion. This product has good processing performance, high dispersion, large addition, no moisture absorption, no color change and no precipitation. This product has the characteristics of high fineness, high whiteness, easy dispersion and low odor. There is no dust pollution and low molecular dust pollution during production. Appropriate addition does not affect the whiteness and toughness of the product, which can significantly improve the strength of plastic products and reduce the cost. This product has good physical properties, dispersion, stability, does not affect the precision of processing machine screw. This product is suitable for injection molding production of PP or PE products. It can reduce the shrinkage of PP or PE products and overcome the shortcomings of PP or PE such as low strength, low temperature resistance, low rigidity and easy expansion.
