PC ABS概述:
聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物,是由聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate)和聚丙烯精(ABS)合金而成的热可塑性塑胶,结合了两种材料的优异 特性,ABS材料的成型性和PC的机械性、冲击强度和耐温、抗紫外线(UV)等性质,可广泛使用在汽车内部零件、事务机器、通信器材、家电用品及照明设备上.
PC/ABS 应用范围:
手机外壳、计算机和商业机器壳体、电器设备、草坪园艺机器、汽车零件仪表板、内部装修以及车轮盖。
PC ABS介绍:
PC与ABS具有一定的相容性,但是,PC与ABS的相容性受两组分的型号、配比及加工工艺等因素影响很大。为了有效改善界面相容性,最有效方法是在共混体系中加入相容剂。通常的增容剂有:马来酸酐MAH接枝POE、ABS的接枝物、PE接枝物、聚苯乙烯马来酸酐接枝共聚物(SMA)、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、胺基、SAN、双组分增容等。
PC/ABS合金可综合两者的优良性能。一方面提高ABS的耐热性和拉伸强度,另一方面降低PC熔体粘度,改善加工性能,减少制品内应力和冲击强度对制品厚度的敏感性。
用于改善PC抗冲改性剂:主要有如EVA、CPE等部分相容分散型改性剂以及ABS、ACR、MBS等离子分散型改性剂。
耐水解稳定性PC/ABS:
耐水解稳定性系列PC/ABS(HAC8250R)主要应用于汽车仪表板骨架等汽车内饰产品。汽车仪表板骨架作为整个仪表板的支撑结构件,其重要性不言而喻,因此主机厂对仪表板材料提出了更苛刻的要求。目前,仪表板骨架不仅要求有良好的机械性能,加工性能,而且要有优秀的耐水解性能和热老化性能,以适应汽车在极端高温,高湿的环境下使用。
新一代耐水解稳定性PC/ABS材料,由于具有良好的耐水解性和热稳定性,甚至可以进行回收利用。当添加25%以下的回收料以后,材料的多轴冲击性能仅下降11%,并且为韧性断裂,充分显示了新一代PC/ABS的优越性能。同时该系列材料也经过了大众实验室的评测,在80%RH,90℃高温高湿水解600h后,缺口冲击强度仅下降8.5%。
超低光泽PC/ABS:
汽车内饰材料一般都有哑光的要求,这样有利于减少驾驶员的视觉疲劳,从而提高了驾驶安全性。PC/ABS的综合性能良好,但由于其表面的光泽度较高,而需要喷哑光漆等二次加工来实现哑光与美观的效果。随着汽车ELV法规的出台,需要免喷涂的环保解决方案来实现制品直接进行回收处理。免喷涂解决方案不仅可以大幅降低成本,而且可以减少喷漆过程造成的环境污染。
新一代超低光泽PC/ABS由于其杰出的低光泽已经成功应用于上海大众汽车斯柯达晶锐的方向盘上下盖板上,零件的表面光泽度在60°下的测试值为4.2(皮纹为K31、1.5°,颜色9B9),满足了汽车腰线以下内饰的光泽度要求。
耐化学溶剂PC/ABS:
PC/ABS的综合性能优良,但是其耐化学品性能差而容易受到比较强的化学溶剂侵蚀而导致制品开裂等缺陷。特别是当PC/ABS 制品喷涂某些车身外饰漆时,由于其溶剂的强腐蚀性,易导致制品出现应力痕,龟裂,甚至开裂。优畅锦湖针对这种情况,开发了新一代耐化学溶剂的PC/ABSHAC8265P,这种材料经过了模拟化学品溶剂的应力侵蚀,其产生裂纹的时间比普通PC/ABS 提高了3倍。
新一代耐化学溶剂PC/ABS改变了传统的合金材料往往以一种性能的牺牲来换取另一种性能的提高的误区,做到了优秀耐化学品性的同时,保持了冲击强度与流动性的平衡。
PC/ABS共混合金与PC相比:
PC/ABS注塑成型制品的形态结构又随两组分共混呈现复杂的变化例如:PC /ABS为25/75时,PC在ABS连续相中呈粒状分散,粒子沿注射方向拉长,当PC/ABS不75/25时,ABS在PC中呈纤维状和不连续层状,并 沿注射方向取向;当PC/ABS为50/50时,ABS与PC都主要为不连续层状结构旦沿注射方向排列;PC/ABS为90/10~70/30或者30 /70~10/90时,分散相ABS或PC在注塑样条边缘注射方向上呈珠-线结构或拉长的粉粒,中心处为粒状。
