PPS的主要性能
◆[耐热性]PPS具有优异的耐热性,其熔点超过280℃,在1.8MPa负荷下的热变形温度在260℃以上,长期使用温度为220-240℃。
◆[阻燃性]PPS树脂本身就具有很好的阻燃性,无需加入阻燃剂即可达到UL94-0级和5-V级(无滴落),且燃烧过程中发烟量很低。 ◆[机械性能]纯PPS树脂的机械强度不算高,经玻璃纤维或碳纤维增强或矿物填充之后,其强度和刚性成倍增加,并具有优异的耐蠕变性和耐疲劳性。表面硬度高,洛氏硬度100HR,拉伸强度170MPa,弯曲强度220MPa,缺口冲击强度〉16MPa,弯曲模量3.5×104, ◆[耐化学品性]PPS耐化学药品性能极好,仅次于聚四氟乙烯,在200℃以下不溶于任何有机溶剂,除强氧化性酸以外,对无机酸、碱和盐类的抵抗性极强。且对各种辐射也很稳定。 ◆[尺寸稳定性]PPS树脂经复合后其成型收缩率很低,小于0.0025%,吸收率小于0.05%,线性热膨胀系数也小。在高温、高湿条件下仍表现出良好的尺寸稳定性。 ◆[电气特性]PPS的电绝缘性和介电强度很好,在高温、高湿、高频条件下仍具有优良的电性能,其体积电阻率为1×1016Ω.cm,表面电阻率为1×1015Ω,电气强度18KV/mm. ◆[加工性能]PPS树脂的流动性很好,可用各种方法加工成型,经纤维增强或填充后,仍可注塑成型复杂和薄壁制件。 ◆[与金属和非金属粘接性]PPS特别对玻璃、铝、钛、不锈钢等具有非常高的粘结强度,附着力达到1级。对玻璃的粘结性能好,极宜作化工设备的衬里。

◆电子电气:微型电子元件封装、连接器、接线器、插座、线圈骨架、微调电容器,保险器基座。 ◆机械仪表:泵壳、泵轮、瓦、齿轮、滑轮、万向头、密封垫,法兰盘、计数器、水准仪、流量计部件。 ◆汽车领域:温度传感器、汽化器、进化器、汽化泵、坐椅基座,水箱水室。 ◆家用电器:电风扇、微波炉支架,干衣机、咖啡煲、电饭煲、热风筒、烫发器、空调压缩机。 ◆军事领域:制作歼击机、**垂直尾翼,**燃烧室,航空、航天、飞行器接插件、线圈骨架、仪表盘。
