中国制浆造纸研究院成立于1956年，是国家级造纸研究机构，现隶属于国务院国资委监管的中国轻工集团公司。中国制浆造纸研究院复合材料研发中心成立于2009年，多年来一直致力于高性能造纸法无石棉（绿色）纤维密封材料系列产品的研发、生产、应用研究、市场开发和应用技术服务。

Since its foundation in 1956, China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co.,Ltd. (CNPPRI) is the only national level papermaking research institute in China, and now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Sinolight Corporation which is under the direct supervision of SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision&Administration Commission). Founded in 2009, CNPPRI composite materials R&D center has been committed to the research&development, production, applied research, market exploitation&application and technical services of high performance  non-asbestos fiber gasket material seriesthrough a Fourdrinier papermaking (i.e., beater addition) process.

目前已经开发生产的无石棉密封材料产品，性能优异，匀度佳，质量稳定可靠，完全可以替代同类进口产品。研发产品打破了我国高档绿色（造纸法无石棉）纤维密封材料被进口产品垄断的局面，可为国内汽油发动机、柴油发动机、变速箱、空气压缩机、制冷设备、小型通用发动机、摩托车发动机、水泵和油泵等制造厂商，涉及水、油、气等介质密封的行业，提供满意的密封技术解决方案。

Now we have developed and produced non-asbestos gasket materials with high performance, good formation, stable and reliable quality, which can totally replace the similar imported products. Our products break the situation that our country’s upscale and green (non-asbestosthrough papermaking process) fiber gasket materials are monopolized by imported products. We can provide satisfying solutions for sealing technology for gasoline engines, diesel engines,transmissions, compressors, refrigeration equipment, small engines, motorcycle engines, water pump and oil pump etc, involving medium sealing industries such as water, oil and air.

 

研发能力R&D

研发团队由曾在美国长期从事密封材料和密封技术研究的国家特聘专家领衔；
团队人员具备多学科专业背景，包含高分子化学、造纸技术、造纸设备、材料科学、橡胶工艺、机械工程和印刷工程等；
研发团队依托中国纸院的研发创新平台。中国纸院为我国造纸行业国家级专业研发机构，拥有国家发改委批准成立的“制浆造纸国家工程实验室”和中国轻工集团的“博士后工作站”；
研究课题曾先后获得包括科技部“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目、国家外专局技术和人才引进项目和中国轻工集团科技创新基金等强有力的资金支持。

ü Our research subjects have successively acquired financial support by Ministry of Science and Technology’s "twelfth five-year" national sci-tec support project, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs’ Technology and talent introduction project and Sinolight Corporation’s  sci-tech innovation fund.
