本产品为表面标记有链霉亲和素的具有超顺磁性的生物纳米磁珠,直径1μm,浓度为10mg/mL。链霉亲和素和生物素具有高的结合力,结合系数(Kd)=10-15mol/L,所以链霉亲和素磁珠是分离生物素标记核酸、抗体和其他生物素化配体和靶分子的产品。它具有如下特点:
1. 能够与多种生物素标记物结合,如:肽类,蛋白,抗体,糖类,凝集素,DNA/RNA 等。
2. 灵敏度高,检测限低,结合效率高。
3. 适合自动化操作,沉降速度低,迁移率低。
