Protein A磁珠/Protein G磁珠
本产品为ProteinA/ProteinG共价偶联到磁珠颗粒上而形成的亲和纯化介质,可以对来自腹水、血清或细胞培养上清物中的IgG进行磁免疫纯化,较琼脂糖偶联的ProteinA/ProteinG使用更加方便。该介质还可以进行再生,重复使用多次。BioCanal研发出的这类产品主要是用于从各个物种中对单克隆或多克隆抗体进行、高通量纯化/筛选,抗体被高度特异地捕获在磁珠上的ProteinA和ProteinG配体上,然后用磁力装置收集磁珠。该磁珠:
