通用中高压变频器 MV510

 

MV510系列中高压变频器,具有功率单元串联迭波技术,不需外加电抗器装置,可有效降低马达铜线dv/dt绝缘应力的破坏;大型中英文LCD触控操作面板,操作容易,及时监控运转状态;提供RS485接口 Modbus, Profibus, Devicenet, Ethernet等通讯格式联机;并可依2.3KV~13.8KV输出入电压的不同,客制化相关变压器规格以符合电源及马达电压额定需求。

产品特性

高品质输入特性:V510通用高压变频器输入侧通过隔离变压器副边绕组移相,采用多脉冲二极管整流输入(6kV为30(36)脉冲, 10kV为48(54)脉冲),为功率单元提供隔离电源,可消除单个功率单元引起的大部分谐波电流。

电源输出性能:MV510通用高压变频器采用单元串联脉宽调制叠波技术( 或功率单元多重化技术),削弱了输出谐波含量,输出波形呈现好的正弦波,与其他形式的高压大容量变频器比较,具有以下优点:无需增加输出滤波装置;可以直接驱动普通高压同步、异步电动机,而不会造成电机升温;电机不需因谐波而降额定容量使用;可使主回路电机、电缆绝缘免受dv/dt应力的损伤;沒有谐波引起的脉动转矩,可延长电机和机械设备使用寿命;电机电缆在压降允许范围内无任何长度限制;构造简单,直接驱动标准高压马达,沒有输入/输出变压器的耗损,实现高效率运转。

具备强大人机界面(HMI)功能:系统化触控式屏幕画面;可监控功率单元温度及状态;监测及控制运转状态;以低压测试高压运转状态;可记录10组故障数据;密码设置;远程控制(选用);紧急停机。

灵活的安装方式 : MV510可提供动力线进出的任何一种可能方式,可由上方或 下方,或是全部由上方,或是全部由下方进出。

Medium Voltage Drive MV510

Adopting voltage cascade technology for power cells, MV510 provides lower dv/dt insulation stress for motor winding and it’s also not necessary to add any external reactor device.

Built in large LCD touch operation panel with Chinese and English interface, it is easy to operate and real-time monitoring of running status via optional communication protocol RS485 Modbus, Profibus, DeviceNet and Ethernet. MV510 can be designed to meet different customized specification during 2.3kv-13.8kv input or output voltage.

 

Product Features

High Quality Power Input: By phase shifting of the secondary winding and multi-pulse diode rectifier, isolated powers can be acquired and supplied for power cells. (36pulses  for 6.6Kv, 54 pulses for 11kV) By using the technique of multi- pulse rectifier, the harmonic current could be eliminated greatly.

The Features of Nearly Perfect Power Output: The technique of multi level & cascade applied in MV510 general medium voltage drive greatly eliminates the output harmonic content. The output waveform is almost a perfect sine waveform(see Figure 2 and Figure 3). Compared with other high voltage and high power MVDs, it has the following advantages: No need of extra output filtering device; Directly driving the general high voltage synchronous or asynchronous motor, and the temperature of the motor will not be increased; No need of motor derating operation; No dv/dt damage to insulation of motor and cable; No torque ripple induced by harmonics, and the service life of motors and mechanism devices can be extended; No cable length limited when voltage drop is in the allowable range; The simple configuration for driving standard high voltage motors directly realizes highly efficient operation with minimal loss due to no input voltage transformers.
