TPT220 是一种新型的磷氮体系无卤阻燃剂，适用
于 PP、增强 PP、PE、TPE 等材料的阻燃。
产品特点 :
◆ 不含卤素及重金属离子，符合欧盟ROHS 指令、
REACH 指令的要求；
◆ 不含 APP，耐水性好，不易析出；
◆ 产品需与少量的 PTFE（推荐用量 0.2%）可发挥
更好的性能；
推荐工艺
◆ 挤出：
● 应选用具备一定耐酸性能的螺杆元件及套筒内衬；
● 加工温度控制在 180-220 之间，非填充体系推
荐 190℃，填充体系推荐 200℃；
TPT 220
TPT 220 is a new type of halogen-free flame
retardant, which mainly used in polyolefins,gives
superior flame retardancy and low density, high
mechanical properties.
Application :
TPT 220 blend with thermoplastic,show superior
machining stability, it is suggest to apply to PP-
H,PP-B, LDPE,HDPE,EVA and other resin. Add
20%-25% TPT 220 to PP, together with some PTFE,
it can get the excellent Flame-retardant effect, can
reach UV-94/V-0 grade.
Compare with Inorganic magnesium hydroxide
flame retardant, TPT 220 has these excellent
characteristics:
--small addition;
--low density;
--improve the mechanical properties of polymers;
--excellent thermal stability, no precipitation from
Polymers.
