全能酶 11L 是可在水洗厂直接使用的全能纤维素酶,主要用于牛仔和成衣整理。

全能酶 11L 对工艺和成衣品质具以下优点:
简化工艺
? 降低洗水的升温时间。 全能酶 11L 能在低至
40oC 的温度下工作,因此仅需极少的热量将水温升至可操作的温度,这就减少了升温时间
(实现增加产能),并节约了能源。
? 实现牛仔成衣整理与PrimaGreen? 技术的结合运用。 用全能酶处理后的牛仔和成衣可用
PrimaGreen? 漆酶和酯酶在一浴法中进行后续处理。同浴不但能节约用水,能源和节省时 间,还能带来一种全新的成衣颜色处理效果。
高品质成衣
? 恒定的成衣高品质。 在一定的操作pH, 温度和时间范围内,经全能酶 11L 处理后的成衣具有外观和手感的高度重现性。此工艺能尽可能地减少了工艺耗时以及可降低花费巨大的返工可能性。
? 高保色效果。与传统的纤维素酶相比,经全能酶 11L 处理后的成衣具有更好的保色效果。
? 提高成衣表面色光亮度。 全能酶 11L 具有出色的成衣面料表面除毛能力,这就大大提高了染色织物的表面亮度。

应用指南
产品最佳添加量应根据产品的使用条件和所期望的效果而定。通常可用少量织物进行初次试验后决 定。 添加量可根据织物的类型、重量、操作时
间、pH、温度、浴比、化学助剂和设备类型而变 化。以下所示的添加用量是全能酶 11L 起始添加量指南,如产品需进一步稀释,添加量应相应进行调整。

酶的失活
如果需要,全能酶 11L 可以在以下条件下被失活: 将溶液在pH大于9.0条件下保持5分钟。推荐用苏打灰(碳酸钠)或硼砂(硼酸钠)或碱性洗涤剂来调节pH 。
包装储存
全能酶 11L 有28kg小桶装,225公斤桶装和1125公斤大桶装。应将全能酶 11L 放置于室温(最高25°C )的密闭容器中。同样所复配的产品也应密闭储存。 如需储存和稳定性方面的资料可向我公司索取。
法规、安全及酶的管理
应避免吸入酶的粉尘和酶雾,不慎溅到皮肤或眼睛应立即用水冲洗15分钟以上。
