剁椒灌装生产线是我司集多年生产经验，并吸收世界先进技术为剁辣椒的自动定量灌装而专门设计的灌装线，由六头直线式全自动剁椒灌装机、三（四）旋盖玻璃瓶全自动旋盖机&抽真空旋盖机、瓶身清洗烘干机及将上述设备串连成自动生产线的输送带组成，可完成玻璃装剁椒的自动定量灌装、马口铁盖自动理盖、上盖、旋盖、瓶身清洗烘干等生产过程。整线主要采用机电一体化设计，自动化程度高，各单机间配合合理，主要电、气元件选用国际知名品牌，确保设备运行稳定可靠，耐用。

Chopped peppers filling production line is our company for many years production experience, and absorb the advanced technology for automatic quantitative filling chopped hot pepper specially designed for filling line, by six head straight line automatic chopped peppers filling machine, three (four) screw cap glass bottle automatic screw cap machine & cap unscrewing machine, vacuum bottle cleaning dryer and combining the above equipment into automatic production line conveyor belt, can complete glass automatic quantitative filling of chop bell pepper, tinplate cover automatically unscramble cover, cover, screw cap and bottle washing drying process. The whole line mainly adopts electromechanical integration design with high degree of automation and reasonable coordination among individual machines. The main electrical and gas components are selected from international famous brands to ensure stable and reliable operation of the equipment and durability.
