现阶段我国的智能变电站通讯技术还处于发展阶段,通讯技术的配套设备应用还处于实践阶段,设备的性能与设计预想存在一定的差距,设备的稳定性相对较差,设备与二次系统的配合度低。通讯网络模式采用开放式协议,使得网络的安全性难以得到保证,加之网络节点与装置交互时,极易受到恶意攻击,使得通讯系统的稳定性差,还需要进一步研究。
1、智能变电站通讯技术
1.1 OTN技术
OTN技术属于下一代骨干传送网,是在波分技术基础上拓展,应用于光层网络的传送网。OTN作为新一代光传递体系,其组网能力较强,具有较强的业务调度能力。善于解决IP业务,包括超长距离传输问题及超大宽带传输问题等,可以为2.5Gbit/s,以及10Gbit/s业务提供数据传统通道。OTN技术的应用主要发挥的是完全向后兼容的优势,除具备SONET/SDH管理功能外,还能够为WDM提供组网服务,实现端到端的连接,能够规范ROADM。
1.2 PTN技术
PTN技术的应用,能够完成层面设置。基于统计复用传送的要求来设计,承载多项业务。PTN技术能够支持分组交换业务的实现,且可以实现通道之间的双向点对点连接,PTN技术能够实现50s切换保护。PTN技术融合了SDH技术的优点,使得OAM更加完善,进而使得智能变电站的通讯网络不仅能够实现切换保护功能,还能够实现通道监控功能。PTN技术与GMPLS结合,实现了资源自动化配置,进而提高了网络系统的生存性能。
2、智能变电站通讯系统组网形式
2.1 PTP+E1组网形式
PTP指的是精密时钟协议。PTP即时间同步技术,采用高精度时钟传输实现同步。主要是利用PTP时间,完成同步网的构建,该种组网方式具有可行性。PTP+E1组网方式,将时钟设备所发送的PTP同步信息,传输到交换机系统内部,以此确保交换机能够支持PTP,进而提供PTP信号,将数据同步信号输入到协议转换器。PTP+E1组网方式能够对以太网PTP时间同步信号进行转换,将其转换成2M数字信号,再利用SDH通信链路进行传输,各变电站的SDH设备能够接收到信息。利用协议转换器进行信号转换,对2M数字信号进行转换,使其成为以太网信号,再将以太网信号传输给变电站PTP从钟设备,利用扩展形式进行信号传输,最终实现时间同步。
2.2 B码+E1组网形式
该种组网形式采取是手工补偿机制,来消除传输过程中出现的延时问题,或者通过自动补偿机制,来消除信号传输时出现的延时。B码+E1组网理论精度能够达到微秒级。其主要针对时间同步设备所传输出来的信息数据,进行同步处理,在2M通道内实现封装处理,接着利用SDH网络,借助其E1通道,实现时间编码信号的实时传输,进而将时间编码信号传递到同步节点网络中。
3、智能变电站发展方向
智能变电站的主要建设方向是智能电网,在此过程中智能变电站是主要环节,只有提高智能变电站的智能化与信息化水平,才能尽快实现智能电网建设。基于智能电网建设体系,要将智能变电站的通信系统建设作为主要内容,构建具有较强稳定性的通信系统,实现全网通信。在构建智能变电站的过程中,要基于变电站系统功能,优化通信系统与其他系统之间的兼容,实现通信系统集成化与模块化建设,提高信息自动化采集程度,实现信息资源共享。加强智能变电站站控层的建设,站控层不仅负责控制设备与协同设备,还负责监视通信与控制通信等。因此,要基于功能需求,扩展站控层,采用紧凑架构,优化通信数据采集与传输,实现设备间的信息交互,提高智能变电站通信系统的安全性与稳定性。
