Terblend? N NG-04 is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polyamide (ABS/PA) blend reinforced with 20 % glass fiber. Possesses high softening temperature, dimensional stability, rigidity and high impact strength at high & low temperature. Exhibits good processability, high melt flow, good surface finish and low shrinkage. Provides acoustic dampening & good resistance to heat and chemicals. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive overhead consoles, electrical/electronics housing and toys, sports & leisure. Complies with UL certification.

PA/ABS材料的密度也可以降低,其降低幅度可高达6%,从而有效降低了成本。PC/ABS材料的密度相对较高,一般在1.13~1.15范围内,而PA/ABS材料的密度仅在1.07~1.08之间,与耐热性ABS材料相当。
PA/ABS材料的产品流动性非常好,相比其他材料具有更好的加工性,且加工窗口更宽。在各自合适的注塑温度,以及相同的压力和速度的条件下,PA/ABS材料和ABS材料的流长比是PC/ABS材料的近两倍。
PA/ABS材料的耐化学品性更好,还能够赋予大多数化学品,如汽油、润滑油、冷却剂、植物油、酯类以及醇类等日常用品很好的耐应力开裂性。
ABS PA 应用:
ABS PA材料最大的应用市场还是在汽车的内饰件上。由于它天然的哑光性,可以直接应用于内饰件上而无需喷涂。这样不仅大幅降低了成本,也有利于环保。另外,免喷涂不仅可以省去油漆的成本,还能够省去前处理、预涂装以及涂装等繁琐的工艺,从而消除了由于这些环节所产生的废品和运输费用等,大大降低了产品的不良率。
