Color concentrates with polypropylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, or low density polyethylene carriers are most suitable for coloring Versaflex? HC MT555. Improved color dispersion can be achieved by using higher melt flow concentrates (with a melt flow from 25 - 40 g/10 min). Typical loadings for color concentrates are 1% to 5% by weight. Liquid color can be used, but mineral oil based carriers may have an effect on the final hardness value. Concentrates based on PVC should not be used. A high color match consistency can be obtained by using precolored compounds available from GLS. The final determination of color concentrate suitability should be determined by customer trials. Purge thoroughly before and after use of this product with a low flow (0.5 - 2.5 MFR) polyethylene or polypropylene. Regrind levels up to 20% can be used with Versaflex? HC MT555 with minimal property loss, provided that the regrind is free of contamination. To minimize losses during molding, the melt temperature should remain as low as possible. The final determination of regrind effectiveness should be determined by the customer. Versaflex? HC MT555 has excellent melt stability. Maximum residence times may vary, depending on the size of the barrel. Generally, the barrel should be emptied if it is idle for periods of 8 - 10 minutes or longer. TPE(Tetraphenylene) 是一种经典的AIE(Aggregation Induced Emission 聚集诱导发光)分子,即在溶液中没有荧光,但是固体却存在较强的荧光,与传统聚集淬灭分子刚好相反,因此在有机光电材料等领域具有重要的应用,也越来越多的引起人们的关注。
苯乙烯类TPE
苯乙烯类TPE又称TPS,为丁二烯或异戊二烯与苯乙烯嵌段型的共聚物,其性能最接近SBR橡胶。目前世界TPS的产量已达70多万t,约占全部TPE一半左右。代表性的品种为苯乙烯一丁二烯一苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),广泛用于制鞋业,已大部分取代了橡胶;同时在胶布、胶板等工业橡胶制品中的用途也在不断扩大。SBS还大量用作PS塑料的抗冲击改性剂,也是沥青铺路的沥青路面耐磨、防裂、防软和抗滑的优异改性剂。 以SBS改性的PS塑料,不仅可像橡胶那样大大改善抗冲击性,而且透明性也非常好。以SBS改性的沥青路面较之SBR橡胶、WRP胶粉,更容易溶解于沥青中。因此,虽然价格较贵,仍然得到大量使用。现今,更以防水卷材进一步推广到建筑物屋顶、地铁、隧道、沟槽等的防水、防潮上面。SBS与S-SBR、NP橡胶并用制造的海绵,比原来PVC、EVA塑料海绵更富于橡胶触感,且比硫化橡胶要轻,颜色鲜艳,花纹清晰。因而,不仅适于制造胶鞋中底的海绵,也是旅游鞋、运动鞋、时装鞋等一次性大底的理想材料。
