PMMA原料的特性:
无色透明,透光率达90%---92%,韧性强,比硅玻璃大10倍以上。
光学性、绝缘性、加工性及耐候性佳。
溶解于四氯化碳、苯、甲苯二氯乙烷、三氯甲烷和丙酮等有机溶剂。
具有较高透明度和光亮度,耐热性好,并有坚韧,质硬,刚性特点,热变形温度80℃,弯曲强度110Mpa。
密度1.14—1.20g/cc,变形温度76--116℃,成型收缩率0.2—0.8%。
线膨胀系数0.00005—0.00009/℃,热变形温度68--69℃(74--107℃)
PMMA用途
PMMA具有质轻、价廉,易於成型等优点。溶于有机溶剂如苯甲醚等,可以形成良好的薄膜和良好的介电性能,可以作为有机场效应管的介质层。 [1]
