一、工作条件

常温常压下工作、工作电源:220V、须配置一定的水样并对过滤结果定时取样分析。

二、实验目的

1、具备开展过滤及反冲洗的演示试验。

2、掌握清洁滤料层过滤时水头损失的变化规律及其计算方法。

3、深化理解滤速对出水水质的影响。

4、深入理解反冲洗强度与滤料层膨胀高度间的关系,掌握反冲洗方法。

三、实验流程

过滤与反冲洗实验装主要由滤柱和测压板两部分组成,为了取得良好的过滤效果,滤料应具有一定级配。常用0.5mm和1.2mm之间孔径的筛子进行筛选。

1、过滤:需要过滤的水从过滤柱上部流入依次流经滤料层、承托层、配水区及集水区,从滤柱的底部流出。随着过滤时间的增加,滤层截流的杂质增加,水头损失也随之增长,其增长速度与滤速大小、滤料的颗粒、进水中悬浮物含量等有关,正确确定滤速、滤料的颗粒和厚度,具有重要的意义,可用实验方法确定。

2、反冲洗:为了保证滤后水质和过滤滤速,过滤一段时间后,需要对滤层进行反冲洗,使其恢复工作能力,反冲洗的方法有多种多样。当采用单独水冲洗方法时,随着反冲洗强度的增加,可使滤料层处于完全膨胀、流化的水态。滤料层的膨胀高度与反冲洗所需的时间、反冲洗强度及用水量都有密切的关系。
