兆欣科技股份有限公司成立於2003年,致力於開發和量產全自動、小型化之SMD繞線電感,主力產品為共模濾波器、高頻晶片電感以及薄型功率電感。針對消費性及攜帶型電子產品,譬如手機、無線網卡、GPS以及USB/HDMI介面高頻濾波等,提供客戶高品質但合理產品價格之服務。目前公司員工約為140人, 產品均以高自動化製程在台灣生產,以別於一般大陸手工製程。故在品質、彈性、速度及服務上, 更能滿足客戶日益嚴苛及多樣化的需求。
兆欣科技現有之共模濾波器(EMC COMMON MODE CHOKE)多應用於市場USB2.0等高速介面傳輸,並自行開發高階產品以應用在HDMI之高端視聽設備。針對USB3.0之市場趨勢,兆欣科技預計近期將導入相關對應產品;在RF訊號用電感(SIGNAL LINE CHIP INDUCTOR)方面,兆欣科技之高階製程產品在網通以及手機客戶已普遍應用,此部分雖然各公司產品特性有所差異,造成客戶端RF線路調整上之複雜的阻抗匹配問題,但兆欣以技術行銷的角度,為客戶提供相關FAE及報告建議,以解決業界困難的高頻替代方案。
另外全自動薄型功率電感(TINY & LOW PROFILE POWER INDUCTOR)更是兆欣科技之代表性產品,一般手工良率低的3*3及4*4mm產品已領先業界量產三年,目前1.0mm高度更小型化的產品,已量產的有201610、252010、以及3010系列。其中20、25系列更為本土電感廠之先驅,此類產品開發及上市時間更領先國內業界並和現今日系電感大廠同類產品特性互有領先。 在益發講究節能省電以及綠色環保的潮流下,兆欣科技尤其著重於小型化電源模組之功率電感開發,以協助系統產品達到小型化、省電節能之目的。

CMF2012/2012F/3216F Series
FEATURES
This common mode filter is characterized byits small sized.
Highly effective in noise suppression. High common-mode
impedance at noise band and low differential-mode
impedance at signal band.
Due to the low differential-mode impedance with high coupling
factor, there is almost no distortion on high speed signal.
This series is micro-produced by auto machines for its huge
productivity and accuracy with all-day CCD inspection.
APPLICATIONS
Used for noise suppression in any electronic
devices such as personal computer and peripheral
equipment (USB), amusement equipment (IEEE 1394),
LCD panels (LVDS) etc.

FEATURES
The broadband common mode filter is developed
for high-speed differential signal interfaces such
as HDMI.
To make a great effect on EMC in the very high
frequency, the cutoff frequency in differential
mode is 6 GHz, and there is almost no distortion on
high speed differential signal.
