SABIC PC Lexan BFL2000的物性：

BFL2000  PC, Flame Retardant, Mold Release, Opaque
BFL2000U  Lexan BFL2000U Polycarbonat (PC) resin is an injection moldable grade containing non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant systems with UL-94 V0 rating. It features high reflectance with weathering capability.
BFL2010  Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame retardant PC. 10% glass reinforced with improved flow. Available in opaque colors.
BFL2015  Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame retardant PC. 15% glass reinforced PC. Opaque colors only
BFL4000U  Lexan BFL4000U Polycarbonate resin is an injection grade. Contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant systems with UL-94 V0 rating, good impact/flow balance. high light reflectance, light shielding applications with good UV.
BPL1000  Lexan BPL1000 Polycarbonate (PC) resin is an injection moldable grade of non-chlorinated and non-brominated flame retardant systems with UL-94 V0 rating at 0.8mm. It is available in various opaque color options.

SABIC PC Lexan BFL2000的加工：

1.熔融温度高，粘度高，大于200g的塑件，宜用加热式的延伸喷嘴。

2.冷却速度快，模具浇注系统以粗、短为原则，宜设冷料井，浇口宜取大，模具宜加热。

3.料温过低会造成缺料，塑件无光泽，料温过高易溢边，塑件起泡。模温低时收缩率、伸长率、抗冲击强度高，抗弯、抗压、抗张强度低。模温超过120度时塑件冷却慢，易变形粘模
