General purpose filled materials offer excellent rigidity and superior impact strength along with highly stable mechanical and electrical properties. They are available in different viscosity levels; some grades have easy release characteristics.

SABIC PC Lexan HF500R的物性：

503R  10% GR. Internal mold release agent.
HF500R  Easy flow, 9% GF, FR, release, high rigidity, high heat resistance. Opaque colours only.
ML3260  LEXAN ML3260 is a medium viscosity, 15% glass reinforced, flame retardant grade.
ML3999  Medium viscosity, 20% glass reinforced, flame retardant recycle based grade, containing release agent. High heat combined with high rigidity. 
HFD4211  Lexan HFD4211 is a 10% glass fiber filled, injection moldable grade designed for high flow and superior surface appearance. Internal mold release.
HFD4412  Lexan HFD4412 is a 20% glass fiber filled, injection moldable grade designed for high flow and superior surface appearance. Internal mold release.
HFD4413  Lexan HFD4413 is a 30% glass fiber filled, injection moldable grade designed for high flow and superior surface appearance. Internal mold release.

为了生产挤出板材、吹塑或注塑产品、控制材料的流动性是关键。这用流动长度和融体温度的关系来表征。所给出的通用电气高新材料塑料的流动长度是以塑料在圆形管道内的流动长度来计算的，而注射压力值将依照半径流量长度值而绘制出来。在预测某一零件是否能被填充时，测定塑料在圆形管道内的流动长度至关重要。
