General purpose filled materials offer excellent rigidity and superior impact strength along with highly stable mechanical and electrical properties. They are available in different viscosity levels; some grades have easy release characteristics.

SABIC PC Lexan 3413HF的物性：

2814R  High viscosity, 10% glass reinforced, flame retardant grade, especially developed to meet the CSTB M2 flammability rating. Release agent.
3412R  High viscosity, 20% glass reinforced, flame retardant grade, containing release agent. High heat combined with high rigidity.
3413R  High viscosity, 30% glass reinforced, flame retardant grade, containing release agent. High heat combined with high rigidity.
3413HF 30% glass reinforced, high flow PC.
3414R  High viscosity, 40% glass reinforced, flame retardant grade, containing release agent. High heat combined with high rigidity.
3412HF 20% glass reinforced, high flow PC. UL rated V-1 at 0.059",
500  10% GR, provides optimum combination of high modulus plus excellent impact strength and flame retardance.
500R  10% GR, provides optimum combination of high modulus plus excellent impact strength and flame retardance. Internal mold release.
503 10% GR PC. Optimum combination of high modulus plus excellent impact strength and flame

retardance. UV-stabilized.

为了生产挤出板材、吹塑或注塑产品、控制材料的流动性是关键。这用流动长度和融体温度的关系来表征。所给出的通用电气高新材料塑料的流动长度是以塑料在圆形管道内的流动长度来计算的，而注射压力值将依照半径流量长度值而绘制出来。在预测某一零件是否能被填充时，测定塑料在圆形管道内的流动长度至关重要。
