  PTFE材料具有固体材料中最小的表面张力,不粘附任何物质,同时还具有耐高低温优良的特性,从而使其在诸如制造不粘锅的防粘方面的应用非常广泛。其防粘工艺主要包括两种:把PTFE部件或薄片安装在基体上,以及把PTFE涂层或与玻璃复合的漆布经过热收缩而套在基材上。 随着材料应用技术的不断发展,PTFE材料的三大缺点:冷流性、难焊接性、难熔融加工性正在逐渐被克服,从而使它在光学、电子、医学、石油化工输油防渗等多种领域的应用前景更加广阔。
