热塑性聚氨酯( TPU) 是既有橡胶的物理性能如弹性好、耐磨、耐油、耐臭氧、耐低温又有塑料加工性能的高分子材料,因而应用范围十分广泛。但其缺点是:耐老化性差、蓄热性较高、湿表面磨擦系数低、容易打滑、成本较高。聚烯烃具有优良的力学性能,耐热性、化学稳定性,电性能及优异的加工性,但低温性能、注塑成品的尺寸稳定性和涂装性差。因此,把TPU 与聚烯烃制成合金,一方面聚烯烃的加入可显著降低TPU 的成本和提高其热稳定性, 另一方面TPU 可提高聚烯烃的抗冲、粘合和涂装性能。同时,TPU 与其它塑料共混也可制备具有优异性能的新型弹性体合金。近年来TPU 热塑性弹性体合金的研究进行综述,讨论了国内热塑弹性体生产现状及未来研究开发的发展趋势。
