APTIV films are a comprehensive range of versatile, high-performance films, the use of which can facilitate reduced systems costs, improved performance and enhanced design freedom.
APTIV 1100 has a unique combination of properties providing high temperature performance, mechanical strength, durability, excellent radiation, hydrolysis and chemical resistance, electrical insulation, excellent barrier properties with high purity, good flammability without the use of flame retardants, low toxicity of combustion products, and low moisture absorption in a film format. Inherently halogen free and ease of processing makes APTIV films a technology enabler for our customers and end users. PEEK是由英国威格斯公司发明专利的高性能材料，PEEK在高性能聚合物中具有其它通用塑料无法比拟非常优异的综合性能，具有适用各种苛刻环境的卓越性能，已成功广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、电子半导体、机电等各个行业中要求比较苛刻的场合。是用户进行新品开发，提高产品使用寿命及可靠性的首选材料。
PEEK特性优点
◆ 耐高温
美国UL认证长期使用温度为260℃。即使温度高达到300℃时，仍可保持极好的机械性能
◆ 耐磨损
在很多高温、高载荷、强腐蚀等极其恶劣的应用环境下，PEEK聚合物及其复合材料都有极佳的耐磨损性能。
◆ 自润滑
具有较低的摩擦系数，可实现无油润滑工作，可在油、水、蒸汽、弱酸碱等介质中长期工作。
◆ 耐腐蚀
不溶于普通溶剂，对各种有机和无机化学试剂，都具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。
◆ 高强度
在塑料中具有最好的力学强度。同时还具有很高的刚性和表面硬度。
◆ 易加工
可以采用注塑成型工艺直接加工出零件。可进行车削、铣、钻孔、攻丝、粘接及超声波焊接等后加工。
◆ 耐水解
在温度超过250℃的蒸汽或处在高压的水中浸泡，PEEK制品仍可以连续工作数千小时而不出现明显的性能下降。
◆ 阻燃性
在不使用任何添加剂的情况下，1.45㎜厚度的PEEK样片的可燃性等级为UL94 V-0级。
◆ 低烟无毒
燃烧时烟雾和毒气量特别低。
◆ 电气性能
在很宽的温度和频率范围内，仍可以保持稳定的、优异的电性能。
◆ 抗辐射性
具有极强的抗高剂量γ射线辐射的性能,机械性能可得到完整的保留，可用作核设备中的耐辐射零件。
