加工特性
   1．尼龙容易受潮。在大气中，PA的平衡吸水率为3.5%、PA66为2.5%、PA610为1.5%，PA1010为0.8%，尼龙含水量对其力学性能有较大的影响。在熔融状态下，水分的存在，会引起尼龙的水解而导致分子量下降，使制品机械性能下降，还会在成型中使制品表面出现气泡、银丝和斑纹等缺陷。所以成型前必须充分干燥。
   2．尼龙熔体粘度低、流动性大，喷嘴会产生“流延”现象。浪费原料，污染喷嘴。如果用螺杆式注射机成型，注射时，熔体会在螺杆和料筒壁之间出现逆流，使注料不准，所以，尼龙在螺杆式注射机成型时，在螺杆端部必须安装止逆环。
    3．尼龙是结晶性高聚物。熔点明显，而且较高，所以，尼龙需要在较高温度下成型，熔融状态的尼龙热稳定性较差，易分解。因此必须严格控制工艺条件。
3．尼龙的成型收缩率大，对于制造高精密度的制品，模具设计应在试验的基础上确定其尺寸，成型工艺应严格控制。
