热塑性聚酯
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯
Celanex PBT是一种快速成型的树脂，它具有高强度、高刚性和高韧性。即使在高温下它也具有非常好的抗蠕变。在很多化学品、溶剂、机油、油脂中，它都异常稳定。当您加上它优异的尺寸稳定性，低吸湿率和杰出的绝缘性，您就不难了解Celanex PBT在1969年投放市场后，为什么能开创崭新的工程应用机会。
为了满足各种应用的具体的需求，Celanex PBT有未增强级，以及玻纤或玻纤/矿物混合增强级。在增强和未增强级中都有阻燃和润滑改良品级。其中，有些阻燃品级即使在制件壁厚仅0.8mm（0.032英寸）的情况下，也可以达到UL94阻燃测试标准的V0级别。V0级别的Celanex树脂采用了高性能非迁移阻燃配方。跟据市场要求，Celanex PBT的阻燃体系都属低迁移和非卤素。
非填充级别Celanex具有不同的熔融粘度，可适用于不同的加工工艺, 包括注塑成型工艺，以及从用于纤维熔融喷丝到产生板材、棒材、光纤缓冲器和闸线衬垫等所需的挤出技术。

如下是一小部分针对性增强品级的潜在应用举例：

汽车点火和电子系统部件电力电子连接器和插槽开关，线轴, 电机外壳和电机绝缘部件家用电器外壳，手柄和基座
以上这些以及所有其它的许多应用都证明了泰科纳Celanex PBT的灵活性和实用性。对Celanex PBT各种品级所获得的大量认证也更进一步显示了这些产品的广泛应用。这些认证包括适用于E/E市场的VDE或UL认证和适用于营养及医疗市场的FDA认证。

PBT理化特性

　　PBT为乳白色半透明到不透明、结晶型热塑性聚酯。具有高耐热性、韧性、耐疲劳性，自润滑、低摩 ccp PBT擦系数，耐候性、吸水率低，仅为0.1%，在潮湿环境中仍保持各种物性（包括电性能），电绝缘性，但体积电阻、介电损耗大。耐热水、碱类、酸类、油类、但易受卤化烃侵蚀，耐水解性差，低温下可迅速结晶，成型性良好。缺点是缺口冲击强度低 ，成型收缩率大 。故大部分采用玻璃纤维增强或无机填充改性，其拉伸强度、弯曲强度可提高一倍以上，热变形温度也大幅提高。可以在140℃下长期工作，玻纤增强后制品纵、横向收缩率不一致，易使制品发生翘曲。
