TPV具体性能

1、良好的弹性和耐压缩变形性，耐环境、耐老化性相当于三元乙丙橡胶，同时其耐油耐溶剂性能与通用型氯丁橡胶不相上下。　　2、应用温度范围广（– 60—150℃），软硬度应用范围广(25A—54D),易染色的优点大大提高了制品设计的自由度。　　3、优良的加工性能：可用注射、挤出等热塑性塑料的加工方法加工，高效、简单易行，无需增添设备，流动性高、收缩率小。　　4、绿色环保，可回收使用，且反复使用六次性能无明显下降，符合欧盟环保要求。　　5、比重轻（0.90—0.97），外观质量均匀，表面档次高，手感好。　　基于以上性能特点， TPV在广泛的应用领域与传统橡胶材料、其他TPE弹性体（包括TPR\SBS、SEBS、TPU等）材料或PVC等塑料材料相比，在综合性能和综合成本方面都具备一定的替代优势，从而为制品企业在产品创新、提升产品附加值、提高竞争力方面提供了新的选择。

  TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）所具有的耐环境性能相当于通用性三元乙丙橡胶材料，同时其耐油耐溶剂性能与通用型氯丁橡胶不相上下。这样的极优耐环境性能独一无二的结合，使得这种热塑性橡胶适用于广泛的用途。TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）的使用性能与许多种常见的硫化特种橡胶的特性相似。这些特性向产品设计师及材料工程师们提供了这样的机会，就是可以利用成本较低的热塑性塑料加工方式，但又不会使所希望的产品受到影响。TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）的性能特点包括以下几个方面：
◆1、 橡胶的触感，塑料的加工方法。 
◆2、 在-40℃ 至+150℃的有效操作范围内具有机械性能。
◆3、 对于水基的液体、油类及碳氢化合物类具有氯丁橡胶品级的耐油耐溶剂性能。
◆4、 压缩变形及永久变形小。
◆5、 在150℃暴露两星期或在125℃暴露更长时间，显出其极优的耐热空气老化性能。
◆6、 卓越的抗动态疲劳性能。
◆7、 很高的抗撕裂强度。
◆8、 极优的耐臭氧及耐侯性
◆9、 与聚丙烯（PP）或尼龙（PA）有极佳的粘结性。 
    耐油耐环境性能的良好结合，使得TPV适用于广泛的用途。TPV与常见的硫化特种橡胶的使用性能相似，用成本较低的热塑性塑料成型方式加工，可达到热塑性材料一样的加工效果和经济性，成型过程产生的干净废料可以回收使用。 
    根据TPV的性能特点，通常分为：半透明级、无卤阻燃级、通用级、吹塑级、耐刮擦级、阻燃级、高性能级、低压缩形变级、高流动级（密封条专用料）




TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）是以EPDM作橡胶相，PP作连续相，动态硫化后得到的稳定的弹性体。
　　动态硫化是指在橡胶相与不能硫化的热塑性聚合物熔融密炼过程中，将橡胶进行硫化，得到粒状的硫化橡胶相，并且橡胶微区形态非常稳定，在加工过程中不会发生物化变化。
　　TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）具有优异的物化性能。其耐环境性能相当于通用性三元乙丙橡胶材料，耐油耐溶剂性能与通用型氯丁橡胶不相上下。
TPV性能特点：
    TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）成功地把硫化橡胶的一些特性，如耐热性能和低压缩变形性能与热塑性塑料的易加工特性结合在一起。具有优异的抗动态疲劳性、很高的抗撕裂性、极好的耐候性、良好的耐磨性，对水基酸碱液体、极性油品具有出色的抗侵蚀能力，在－40℃～150℃范围内均具有使用可能性。




TPV主要应用于：
汽车部件： 玻璃滑轨、玻璃封边、引擎盖密封，软管，车灯罩，防尘罩，防震座，空气管道等。
机械工具： 防冲杆，小脚轮，垫圈垫片，手柄，握把 ，软管，胶辊，接管接头等。
建构筑物： 玻璃密封，门缝胶条，拱基，管子垫圈，卫生设备，建筑伸缩缝等。
电子电器： 线缆护套，手机天线，马达轴，支座，拼接带，按键焊盘膜片，变压器外壳等。
运动器械： 球皮，球拍手柄，步 托垫，潜水呼吸器，滑雪杖手柄等。




TPV加工使用方法：　　
    TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）有轻微的吸湿特性，建议进行补充干燥，特别是在进行挤塑或吹塑加工前，更要进行干燥。在把材料放到干燥箱中之前，应当先把干燥器的温度升高到65-75℃。然后使TPV（热塑性动态硫化橡胶）在干燥箱中保持2-3小时。应避免与相对湿度的环境接触，因为材料会吸收水分，使加工的产品产生空洞。虽然暴露在高湿度条件下，并不影响其物理性能。如果在停机较长的时间之后，在重新开始操作之前，应当把挤塑机筒内所存留的原料排出。在加工TPV之前和之后，应当把挤塑设备彻底清理干净。注塑设备或挤塑机机筒应当以机械方式清理或者用聚乙烯或聚丙烯彻底置换排空。
