Celanex PBT是一种快速成型的树脂,它具有高强度、高刚性和高韧性。即使在高温下它也具有非常好的抗蠕变。在很多化学品、溶剂、机油、油脂中,它都异常稳定。当您加上它优异的尺寸稳定性,低吸湿率和杰出的绝缘性,您就不难了解Celanex PBT在1969年投放市场后,为什么能开创崭新的工程应用机会。
为了满足各种应用的具体的需求,Celanex PBT有未增强级,以及玻纤或玻纤/矿物混合增强级。在增强和未增强级中都有阻燃和润滑改良品级。其中,有些阻燃品级即使在制件壁厚仅0.8mm(0.032英寸)的情况下,也可以达到UL94阻燃测试标准的V0级别。V0级别的Celanex树脂采用了高性能非迁移阻燃配方。跟据市场要求,Celanex PBT的阻燃体系都属低迁移和非卤素。
非填充级别Celanex具有不同的熔融粘度,可适用于不同的加工工艺, 包括注塑成型工艺,以及从用于纤维熔融喷丝到产生板材、棒材、光纤缓冲器和闸线衬垫等所需的挤出技术。

以上这些以及所有其它的许多应用都证明了泰科纳Celanex PBT的灵活性和实用性。对Celanex PBT各种品级所获得的大量认证也更进一步显示了这些产品的广泛应用。这些认证包括适用于E/E市场的VDE或UL认证和适用于营养及医疗市场的FDA认证。
PBT理化特性
PBT为乳白色半透明到不透明、结晶型热塑性聚酯。具有高耐热性、韧性、耐疲劳性,自润滑、低摩 ccp PBT擦系数,耐候性、吸水率低,仅为0.1%,在潮湿环境中仍保持各种物性(包括电性能),电绝缘性,但体积电阻、介电损耗大。耐热水、碱类、酸类、油类、但易受卤化烃侵蚀,耐水解性差,低温下可迅速结晶,成型性良好。缺点是缺口冲击强度低 ,成型收缩率大 。故大部分采用玻璃纤维增强或无机填充改性,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度可提高一倍以上,热变形温度也大幅提高。可以在140℃下长期工作,玻纤增强后制品纵、横向收缩率不一致,易使制品发生翘曲。
PBT燃烧鉴别
不易燃烧,燃烧时无液体流下,离开火焰后在5秒钟内熄灭,(相似于PC)PBT加工工艺
PBT又可称为热塑性聚酯塑料,为适用于不同加工业者使用,一般多少会加入添加剂,或与其它塑料掺混,随着添加物比例不同,可制造不同规格的产品。由于PBT具有耐热性、耐候性、耐药品性、电气特性佳、吸水性小、光泽良好,广泛应用于电子电器、汽车零件、机械、家用品等,而PBT产品又与PPS、PC、POM、PA等共称为五大泛用工程塑料。
PBT 结晶速度快,最适宜加工方法为注塑,其他方法还有挤出、吹塑、涂覆和各种二次加工成型,成型前需预干燥,水分含量要降至0.02%。PBT的注塑工艺特性与工艺参数的设定
PBT的聚合工艺成熟、成本较低,成型加工容易。未改性PBT性能不佳,实际应用要对PBT进行改性,其中,玻璃纤维增强改性牌号占PBT的70%以上。
PBT具有明显的熔点,熔点为225~235℃,是结晶型材料,结晶度可达40%。
PBT熔体的粘度受温度的影响不如剪切应力那么大,因此,在注塑中,注射压力对PBT熔体流动性影 PBT响是明显。
PBT在熔融状态下流动性好,粘度低,仅次于尼龙,在成型易发生“流延”现象。 PBT成型制品各向异性。PBT在高温下遇水易降解。
