PA6简介
尼龙（聚酰胺）是最早且应用最广泛的热塑性工程塑料。具有强韧、耐磨、耐冲击、耐疲劳、耐腐蚀、耐油等优异性能。经过60 多年的发展，世界尼龙产量接近600 万t，成为五大工程塑料中产量最大、用途最广、品种最多的重要的高分子材料但尼龙,尤其是PA6 存在低温和干态冲击性能差、吸水率大等弱点。为适应工业发展的需要，使其向高冲击、低吸水和优化加工等方向发展的研究成为广泛关注的课题。在很多应用领域中，对尼龙的韧性有更高的要求，因此对PA6进行增韧改性具有重要的理论和实际意义。美国、西欧和日本先后开发了各种牌号的高抗冲击性尼龙6 合金（超韧尼龙）。其中具有代表性的有Du Pont公司的Zytel-ST系列...

PA6的一般性能
尼龙 6（PA6）是由环己内酰胺开环缩聚而成，PA6 首先由德国的BASF 联营公司于1937 年开发出来，1942 年正式工业化生产。聚酰胺大分子结构中含有大量的酰胺基团，大分子末端为氨基或羧基，是一种强极性，能形成氢键且具有一定反应活性的半结晶性聚合物。PA6为单斜晶系呈平面“锯齿形”，形成α和γ型结晶，通常结晶度为20-30%，结晶密度为1.24g.cm-3[2]。由于结晶度小，有大量的酰胺键分布在非晶区中，这部分酰胺键可以与水分子配位，即具有吸水性。PA6具有优异的综合性能：强度高、韧性较好（湿态）；耐油、耐有机溶剂、耐化学药品性能好；摩擦系数小，自润滑性能优良；加工性能好，因此得到广泛的应用...

PA6的应用领域
由于PA6良好的综合性能被广泛应用于-如汽车、电子电气、机械、包装、兵器、通讯、航空航天、办公机器、家电、建筑、日用品、体育用品等领域，特别是汽车、电子电气、包装等行业的用量一直呈上升趋势。我国的应用研究较早，始于20 世纪60 年代，但是应用量一直很少，近年来，应用范围不断拓宽，应用量增长较快。1999-2005 年间交通领域和电子电器对PA6 需求有较大的增长，消费量将从1999 年的770kt 增至2005 年的1033kt，这两项的需求量占尼龙6 需求总量的40％以上，交通领域的汽车行业是尼龙6 最重要的应用领域。韧性PA6主要用作油管夹、卡扣、车门、前后盖板、把手等

PA6的加工注意
目前在PA6工程塑料业中，80%采用了注射成型。在塑料制品成型过程中，由于成型材料、成型模具、注射机、辅助设备、成型环境等多种因素的影响，注塑制品的内在及外观质量经常会出现各种各样的问题。一般来说，PA制品成型质量主要包括制品外观、制品尺寸精度以及制品的物理性能等。产生这些缺陷的原因是多方面的，可能是PA6塑料材料或注塑成型工艺选择不当可能是模具设计不合理，也可能是多因素综合作用的结果。本文对一些典型注射成型缺陷的成因从注塑成型工艺及设备、注塑模具、塑料材料三方面对注塑件常见的质量缺陷作一分析...

PA6的发展前景
国内外学者对尼龙6改性进行了大量的研究，获得了许多综合性能优良，加工性能好的产品。但于我国经济发展的需求和国外先进技术相比，差距是不言而喻的。目前我们应当重视将比较成熟的研究成果进行中试，直至规模生产，从而减低国内用户的生产成本。同时应当在加强传统PA6共混手段研究的基础上，逐步开展一些新型PA6改性方法的研究，加速尼龙6改性研究步伐，开发系列化的耐高温、低吸湿、可电镀、高硬度、高强度、高阻隔性等特殊性能的改性PA6，进一步拓宽尼龙6应用领域以适应科技发展需要。采用聚烯烃弹性体增韧方法制备高韧性尼龙6是目前增韧PA6的最主要开发方向...



特性：

1.溶液粘度低，流动性佳。

2.加工时收缩率之安全性不良、易形成废边。

3.溶解温度以外时之硬度高，对模具，螺杆有损伤之虞。

4.一种半透明或不透明的乳白色结晶聚合物，具有优良的耐磨性和自润滑性。

5.机械强度和耐热性高，能自熄，耐化学药品。

6.耐油性突出，电性能良好。

7.粘度对加热温度敏感性高，亦是吸湿性大的塑料。

8.高温时流动性佳，本身不易溶解，溶解后又易冷却凝固坚韧，自身油滑而耐磨，吸震性强。

9.低温耐冲击性强度不足，吸湿后尺寸物性变化大，尺寸安定性差。

10.线膨胀系数0.000083/摄氏度，成型收缩率0.6～2.1%，比重1.1～1.4，热变形温度67～70摄氏度。





PA6与PA66 的区别：
* 结构：PA6为聚己内酰胺，而PA66为聚己二酸己二胺。PA66比PA6要硬12％，而理论上说，硬度越高，纤维的脆性越大，从而越容易断裂。但在地毯使用中这点微小的差别是无法分别的。 * 清洗性及防污性：影响这两种性能的是是纤维的截面形状及后道的防污处理。而纤维本身的强度及硬度对清洗及防污性影响很小。* 熔点及弹性：PA6的熔点为220C而PA66的熔点为260C。但对地毯的使用温度条件而言，这并不是一个差别。而较低的熔点使得PA6与PA66相比具有更好的回弹性，抗疲劳性及热稳定性。* 色牢度：色牢度并不是尼龙的一个特性，是尼龙中的染料而不是尼龙本身在光照下褪色。* 耐磨性及抗尘性：美国Clemson大学曾在Tampa国际机场分别用巴斯夫 Zeftron500PA6地毯和杜邦Antron XLPA66地毯进行了一个 长达两年半的实验。地毯处于人流量极高的状态下，结果表明：巴斯夫Zeftron500尼龙在颜色保持性及绒头耐磨性方面要稍好于杜邦 Antron XL。两种纱线的抗尘性能没有差别。





PA6的产业应用及其产品：

1.在工业上广泛应用于制作各种座椅、自行车轮框、溜冰鞋座、纺织梭、踏板、轴承、圆柱齿轮、凸轮、滑轮、涡轮、推进器、螺钉、螺帽、高压密封圈、阀门座、高压油管、电缆护套等。

2.在电子电器工业中，可做绝缘插座、支撑架、连接器、卷线轴、定时器护盖、断路器、开关壳座、电线被覆、电气零件外壳等。

3.在日用品方面可制成梳子、包装材料、刷子、家用品、袜子、绳子、牙刷毛、衣材用品以及薄膜作为包装材料。

4.运输：散热风扇、门把、油箱盖、进气隔栅、水箱护盖、灯座。

5.纺织：纺织梭拉链、人造纤维。

6.建筑：户车、尼龙皮（农业用）。
